I started out my career gaining a transformative 11 years of project management experience within the environmental and telecom spaces. After transitioning to SaaS/Technology in 2020 with a focus on customer experience & success, I knew I'd found my thing.In my current role, I have the privilege of guiding my own path which allows me a great deal of creative exploration and testing while building programs centered around customer experience and success.
